Description

This easy no churn funfetti ice cream is loaded with sprinkles and crushed Gold Oreos for a festive sweet treat. It comes together in just 10 minutes.

396 g (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
480 g (2 cups) cold heavy cream
12-15 Golden Oreos, chopped
80 g (1/2 cup) rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

In a large bowl, mix the condensed milk and vanilla. Set aside.
In a large bowl, using a handheld mixer or stand mixer with the whisk attachment, beat the heavy cream on medium-high until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the milk mixture.
Gently fold in the Golden Oreos and sprinkles.
Spread the ice cream in a freezer-safe resealable container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until frozen.
