This No Churn Funfetti Ice Cream is what summer dreams are made of! It's ridiculously easy (just 10 minutes of prep!), super creamy, and packed with rainbow sprinkles and crushed golden Oreos for that nostalgic birthday cake flavor in every bite. And the best part? No ice cream maker required.

- 396 g (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 480 g (2 cups) cold heavy cream
- 12-15 Golden Oreos, chopped
- 80 g (1/2 cup) rainbow sprinkles
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the condensed milk and vanilla. Set aside.
- In another large bowl, using a handheld mixer or stand mixer with the whisk attachment, beat the heavy cream on medium-high until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the milk mixture.
- Gently fold in the Golden Oreos and sprinkles.
- Spread the ice cream in a freezer-safe resealable container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until frozen.
Notes
Storage: Keep in a loaf pan covered tightly with foil or plastic wrap or in an airtight container with a lid for up to 2 weeks.
