Ingredients You'll Need

Whisk flour, cookie crumbs, baking powder, and salt.

Cream butter and sugars.


Beat for 3-4 minutes until light and creamy.

Add eggs and vanilla.


Beat in eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla.

Add milk and dry ingredients.


Mix in & divide batter between two 8-inch round pans

Make buttercream.


Make the swiss meringue buttercream and mix in biscoff spread.
